Real weight gain

Venus gained 0.9 lbs this week. Her belly is growing and looking very cute. No weight for next week, I'll be at the Sammy national in IN!

Pregnant!

The test on Tuesday was positivie. Venus is pregnant!!! She was up to 48.9 lbs, still not much of a gain yet. Her belly has grown another 1/4 inch. I leave for the National on Sat Oct 3rd and will borrow a friends doppler to bring home with me. I'll post a video of that when I do it plus it might be live on ustream for anyone that's interested.

Venus Updates!

Last Thursday Venus weighed 48.6 and yesterday she was 48.7. Not much change yet. She has been clingy even for her. Monday she wasn't really into our agility lesson and didn't want to play catch the Border Collies which is usually a favorite!
Saturday I measured her belly at 19 1/4, tonight at 19 1/2! All very good signs.

My next update will probably be Sept 22, pregnancy test day!

Today's weight

48.8 lbs today so she ranges 48.5-49.5 as our starting weight

Breedings are done

We got 3 good breedings, Sat, Sun, and Tues. We are hoping for puppies on Halloween! I'll weight Venus tomorrow to see how much she is fluctuating.
